Ski Silver Mountain

Silver Mountain, located in the historic mining town of Kellogg, Idaho, is home to the world’s longest gondola and currently has 7 lifts, over 1,500 acres and 2,200 vertical feet of varied terrain. The resort boasts 67 named trails plus extensive off-piste, natural open bowls and tree glades. As the future unfolds, the resort will transform into a superior destination with new high-speed chairlifts, expanded terrain, new restaurants and shops, and a focus on four-season recreation.

Easily the most accessible resort in the region, Silver Mountain is only ¼-mile off Interstate 90, where a high-speed gondola whisks passengers from the base lodge in only 18 minutes to the Mountain Haus – the ski area’s mountain-top day lodge. Silver Mountain is an hour’s drive east of the Spokane International Airport, where affordable, direct flights from major hubs in Washington, Nevada, Colorado and California combine with ski & stay packages to offer an uncrowded alternative for family ski getaways.
