Winter Park Colorado

Ski Winter Park

Winter Park Resort is located only 90 miles from Denver International Airport and is Colorado's third largest resort. Receiving over 369" of snow annually, Winter Park Receives the most snow of any major resort in Colorado and boasts over 100 days of sunshine each ski season. Five interconnected mountains, covering 2,886 acres of terrain, offer a variety of options for skiers and riders alike.

The town of Winter Park, located only two miles from the resort has a decidedly "retro" feeling to it and more than a few guests have left saying, "That's the way ski towns USED to be…the way they SHOULD be." Although Winter Park has retained it's small town atmosphere over the years, it still has kept up with the changing demands of the consumer offering numerous off-slope activities including snowshoeing, ice-skating, dog sled rides, snowmobiling, and snow cat tours.

Simply put, Winter Park has a small town atmosphere with a BIG mountain.
