Accommodations - Information Checklist
 Sent to each Tour Operator, Each year
|
Suggested items that should be sent to each tour operator - annually:
1) Map to the Property/Management Office for check-in
2) Written directions to each property
3) Floor plan of each unit in each property
4) Check-in times & location, local after hours number, fax number for each
property (for clients to use), number directly to unit (emergency contact)
5) Post card or other system for reordering brochures
6) Copy of payment & cancellation policies.
7) No snow policies, and children policies.
8) Web materials send by email or disk including logos and pictures in .gif or .jpg format.
