Airport Shuttles:

  • University Agents will receive complimentary lodging at The Grand Lodge.
  • Lodging based on DOUBLE occupancy, agents may upgrade to single occupancy for a $50/night fee.
  • First come, first served-space is LIMITED. Be sure to assemble and register your front line agents as soon as possible.

The Redmond, Oregon Airport is 30 minutes from Bend.

For airport transfers - Taxi, Uber or Lyft will be the best and most cost effective methods. Estimate $30.00 with Uber each way.

You can also rent a car. Parking is complimentary at the host hotel.

Ski Shuttles:


Shuttle Oregon will offer shuttle rides on a first come, first serve basis if people reach out to their email and book in advance. Price would depend on how many are in the van.

If others want to ski on the non-SkiTOPS day (Tuesday), they’d offer round trip to the mountain for $40 reserved in advance.
