**Please note – It is important to the success of SkiTOPS that every participant book their room as part of the SkiTOPS room block. In order to maximize the contracted room block comp lift tickets will only be provided to attendees staying in the SkiTOPS room block at one of the three Canyons Village properties.
An exception will be made for local members (inside 50 miles) who may not need a room during SkiTOPS.
** If you choose to stay outside the room block you will be responsible for purchasing lift tickets to Park City during SkiTOPS **

Grand Summit Hotel, A RockResort - Nestled in the heart of Park City Resort's Canyons Village, the Grand Summit is a true ski in/ski out full service hotel. Accommodations include individual hotel rooms, studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites as well as luxurious 4 bedroom penthouses.
Sundial Lodge - Just steps away from the slopes, with its intimate lobby, rooftop hot tub, outdoor heated pool, exercise room and ruggedly elegant atmosphere, sits The Sundial Lodge. Choose from over 120 mountainside or village view accommodations, ranging from individual hotel rooms, deluxe studios, and 1-2 bedroom suites.
Silverado Lodge - Right across the street from Canyons Village and access to world-class skiing, lies Silverado Lodge, a luxurious retreat, masterfully designed for the most discriminating of tastes. Cozy fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and oversized decks grace many of the suites. This exceptional property offers guest room accommodations including individual hotel rooms, studios and 1-3 bedroom suites.

Deposit:Lodging reservations are paid in full by individual SkiTOPS attendees. A deposit equal to two (2) night’s stay is required to hold each delegates reservation, with final payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Reservations make within thirty (30) days of arrival will be require do be paid in full at the time of booking.
Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated.
The deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or down grades.
Pre & Post rates: All three SkiTOPS Host hotels are offering March 19-21, 2020 & March 26-29, 2020 at the SkiTOPS rate based on availability at time of booking.

Grand Summit: Valet / Underground parking at the Grand Summit is included in the Resort Fee for overnight guests.
Silverado Lodge and Sundial Lodge: Complimentary for registered guests
Locals not staying at the Grand Summit Hotel: $8.00 per car for meeting attendees not lodging with us up to 8 hour period.

Sundial Lodge - $20.00 / night.
